Price depends on hole diameter, wall or slab thickness, the material and site access. Send a photo with rough dimensions and you will get a fixed quote before we book — no hourly surprises.
Yes. For jobs inside Gurugram we visit, scan and mark the cut at no charge. For most small jobs a clear photo plus measurements is enough to quote without a visit.
Small AC and plumbing holes are usually same day or next day. Slab and wall saw work is scheduled once the survey confirms access and power, typically within 48 hours.
Method & structure
Yes. Diamond core bits and wall saws cut straight through rebar without hammering. We scan first so the opening avoids critical bars wherever the design allows.
Diamond cutting removes material by grinding, not impact, so there is no vibration shock to the slab, plaster or tiling. Structural openings are agreed with your engineer or architect before we cut.
That is our most requested job. We cut clean sleeves for split, cassette and ducted units with the correct slope for condensate drainage.
On the day
Cutting is water-cooled, so dust is captured at the bit. We sheet the working area, use a vacuum for slurry and wipe down surfaces before leaving.
Access to the wall, a power point and water supply, plus furniture moved clear of the cut area. If water or power is unavailable, tell us and we will bring our own arrangements.
Yes. Cores, offcuts and slurry are collected and carried out. The room is left usable, not left as a clean-up job for you.
Regularly. For live offices, hotels and towers we run evening or night shifts to stay within building society noise windows.
